Hi All,
We added some leader notes in a drawing that we were working on. When we open the drawing in the CREO Parametric instance we worked on, they are oriented to the right.
If we open it on another users CREO Parametric instance, they are oriented to the left.
If there a CREO Parametric Setting that affects this or can cause this behaviour?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Issue was cause by a missing part in the assembly. Correcting this led to the leader notes being shown correctly.

Hi,
please publish pictures showing the problem. If you can create test data (part+drawing), pack the into zip file and upload this zip file.
Hi Martin,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
Please find the example attached. Picture 1 shows what we need it to be on all CREO Parametric instances. Picture 2 shows how it is on a small number of CREO Parametric instances.

Hi,
it seems to me that the 1st Creo uses a different font to display the note than the 2nd Creo. The size of space characters is different. Please check annotation text properties on both computers.
Looks like the view is shifted relative to the leader notes. Are both computers using the same data? If there is a difference in overall model size between computers, there can be a shift in the annotations relative to their attachment since annotations are anchored to the view and not the attachment location.
To ensure the models are the same, back up the drawing to a clean folder or thumb drive and open it in a fresh session of Creo on one of the computers with the issue.
