Manual Product Activation Page

There have been several other posts requesting where the Manual Product Activation Page is, unfortunately, I wasn't able to post a reply so I will try a new thread. I am trying to find the Manual Product Activation Page that has been refered to in other posts. I am beginning to think it might be Shambala. (For those of you too young to remember, Shambala is the mythical kingdom where kindness and cooperation are universal, joy and good fortune abound and psychological burdens are lifted, sung about by Three Dog Night.) I have tried e-mailing the address given by Claus, OneSpace_Modeling_PE@cocreate.com, only to have my e-mail rejected. Am I not worthy? Seriously, how do I contact someone about finding and accessing the Manual Product Activation Page.

Thank you for the new contact info. I e-mailed requesting how to manually enter the authorization key for Modeling PE. The reply was: "If you do not get to the activation page, I assume you are running Windows 7. Right now, we don’t support that. The activation guide is available at http://www.ptc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5776 Best Regards, Your PTC Team" I had no problem running Modeling PE in Vista Home Premium Edition, but can't run it in Windows 7. I can honestly say that EVERY other software that I used with Windows Vista now runs without problems in Windows 7. When will a patch become available so that we can run Modeling PE in Windows 7? Hopefully soon or I may need to look into some other software to purchase as the full blown edition of OneSpace Modeling is WAY out of my price range.
