Mechanism: Using Spring to dynamically move a component on a pivot joint.

Can someone help with this mechanism question?  I want to know how to make the spring make the blades snap over when the spring is moved below the pivot notch. pictures show the start position and end position and as you can see the blades did not move.

Are you using dynamic springs?

In that case, you will only see any interactions due to spring forces if you create a dynamic analysis...
