I saw another thread concerning a wobbling rolling wheel, but I would like to simulate a wheel with an initial angular velocity rolling along a track and coming to a stop due to friction. I've tried to accomplish this several different ways, but the closest I've been able to come is a wheel rolling in place against the track. What do I need to do to get the wheel to roll forward due to the frictional interface between it and the track?
Try to use force with cylindrical coordinates applied to the center of wheel, and a constrain of a ground touch point.
