hardware requirements Creo Simulate

Hi everybody, My computer have Intel I7 processor  8th gen, 32gb ram, ssd and Nvidia RTX 2060 8gb, but I have some problems and errors.

Do you think it's because of the graphics card ?

I must change my graphics card? 

There is a configuration that I missed ? or Just update the card drivers?

What are the specific problems and errors you are having? What is the name of the manufacturer of your PC? What version of Creo are you running?
