After installing Arbortext on a new laptop, some things aren't working how they should and I don't know why. I have allowed the application toolbar and turned it on. The change markup dropdown isn't showing the other tags allowed at the point of insertion. I'm trying to change a table to a chart. When I put my cursor to the right of the table start tag, the change markup dropdown should show chart as an option but it's not there. The only option on the dropdown is table.
I don't remember doing anything on the old laptop to make this work, it just worked. Is there a setting that I'm missing?
Thanks!

Go to tools, preferences, and make sure that show full menus is selected.

Yup, full menus is on.
Do you have a customized application? Did you upgrade from an earlier version of Arbortext editor. We use the TIA application with Editor 8.1.1.1 and I do not see chart as an option.
It was not an upgrade, this was a new installation.
I'm editing tech manuals for the US Navy. The doctype is 970930na_cdata.dtd. Tables and charts are both allowed at this particular point of insertion.
Dear Customer,
Could you please share if this is the only option are you expecting should be shown there? Or you are noticing any other changes?
Could you please also share a snapshot showing this expected requirement?

Both table and chart should be shown there as both are allowed at the point of insertion. Tables get counted in the numbering stream while charts do not. So when I come to a table that should be a chart, I used to have the option change it via the dropdown in the application toolbar.
The attached screenshot shows the application toolbar with the dropdown for changing markup circled in red. There should be two options on the dropdown to the right, table and chart. Right now it just says table.
The application toolbar is set as allowed in the DCF. I have also configured the toolbar so that hitting the bold/italics/underline buttons will insert the appropriate tag. So that part works fine, it's the change markup dropdown that does not work.
