There are two issues in your links above (for Arbortext Editor/PE/Styler 7.1 M060: Key Highlights).

It goes to the article for the release notes for editor and Styles but you can't open the PDF attached.   It goes to the redirect page.  Also, is there a compatibility matrix for M060? I can't seem to find one.
