Can I change my settings so I can have multiple objects with the same Object info ID?

My Object info ID needs to be IREF_10 for multiple callouts due to a customer requirement, but IsoDraw gives me a message when I try to change the ID's to be the same...Does anyone know how to edit the rules for Object Info ID?
