DITA 1.3 in Arbortext Editor

Is DITA 1.3 is used in Arbortext Editor 6.1M060? If not, then which version of Arbortext Editor will release with DITA 1.3?

I believe DITA 1.3 support is coming with Arbortext 7.0, due for release within the next few months.
