EXTERNAL: doc_type_dir()
I put a axdocbook.acl file in the axdocbook doctype directory and it failed again. Then I realized, after talking to Brandon Ibach, that I shouldn't be using doctype.acl file, I should use instance .acl. That seems to work.
Previously we were using a pubrc file, which has been decremented in Arbortext 6. I mistakenly chose the wrong filename.
