Help Menu gives Error message

Dear adapter,

We have recently upgraded our ArborText Editor version for 5.4 to 6.0. In 6.0, when I click Help menu of the editor, it shows the attached error message. We tried all possible avenues to find the root cause of the error but we could not able to nail down this issue.

Perhaps English was mistakenly deselected? Rerunning the installer should
provide a chance to fix this, I think.

running consumerui.jar.

Usually located here:
c:\program files\ptc\editor\hc\consumerui.jar

Double-click and away you (should) go ...
