IETP installation

Hi all,

I need to install Arbortext IETP. i have dowlloaded installation for Arbortext Aerospace and Defense and there should also be installation for Arbortext IETP but in folder Server installation\Arbortext IETP i have only .war file! No setup.exe or similar. How can I then run IETP installation? I have also tried to extract it but it doesn't help.
