Isodraw animations to avi, mov, wmv

At what point in time do you think we will be able to convert the isodraw animations to avi, mov, wmv etc. for embedding in PDFs and websites. That would be awesome for our documentation manuals on the web. Thanks, Jim

Well, the ability to save animations in the format of Windows Media Video (".wmv"), as well as export to PDF3D implemented in a new program - Creo Illustrate 1.0. More: http://www.ptc.com/go/illustrate

Yes I wouldlove to have this program but we have a tight budget here. We'll see what happens.

When you purchase a package Arbortext IsoDraw + Creo Illustrate the discount is given .

Only the product management can answer the question. Contact your VAR to get in touch with PTC. You could also fill an Enhancement Request

As a workaround you can open open animations in IsoView in Internet Explorer and record the video using a screen capturing software like Fraps, Camtasia etc. Not the best solution, but if you really need the videos it delivers what you need. See this topic for a bit more tips.

That's a great idea- we do have a captivate license. Thanks!!
