I have inherited a FOSI that has been broken up into modules (entities) to manage the common parts. I'm now trying to make some changes to this FOSI. I had played around with it last year sometime and at some point it looks like the FOSI got flattened to one file. I was using the FOSI editor and I'm wondering if that flattened the content on me. Anyway I'm trying to figure out what I might have done to cause this.
