Hello Community,
I am working on a new revision of a document that has change mark up tags. How do I remove them globally instead of one at a time?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Create a resolved document (edit, resolved document, for editing). Then accept changes is how we have been doing it.

Bryon I don't follow? Were is this located?
In editor go to edit, then close to the bottom of the list is edit resolved document, then choose for editing. If its a ditamap it will open all the topics in the ditamap in one long column. From there you can now open the track changes window and accept all. If that is what you are wanting to do.

I do not have that feature in my edit tab. I am trying to remove globally the mark up/element tag "change" and possibly replace it with a revised change level.
Do you have full menus showing. If you click on tools, preferences. On the window tab the top choice is full Menus. Make sure this is selected.
Once we have accepted all changes we turn track changes back on also.
