inserting _bookmark throws: [A11464] Unrecognized tag name: _bookmark

Hi,

I've got a customization in one environment that manages bookmarks
automatically. I've cloned this environment serially several times without
incident. Now, I'm having a problem in the latest clone that I'm thoroughly
stumped by. Hopefully in the morning all will be clear to me, however, if
I'm still in a fog, I'm hoping someone has stumbled across this before and
can wake me up.

In my slightly older environment that works, I can issue this command with
the cursor in a title:

insert_tag "_bookmark"

And is inserted. This is the behavior I expect and have
been getting for oh so long.

In my new environment, no processing instruction is inserted and the error
in my subject line is displayed.

Anyone see the obvious? I don't.

P.S. I used <title> just as an example. The _bookmark won't insert
anywhere. For what it's worth, both my last (working) and current (not
working) environment are in 6.0 m090.

Hi Paul-

If they are the same Arbortext version, and the same doctype, then I think the problem is probably down to differences in preferences. I would start by diffing the arbortext.wcf files from the two machines to see if anything is configured differently.

Same Arbortext version. Same machine. Different doctype (but a
copy/paste/edited "progression" doctype in the newer/cloned environment).
Working some other issues in the new environment at the moment, but maybe
I'll try restarting with the "base" DTD and see if it is some sort of
change I made in there that threw off the support for _bookmark.
