White Tiff files

Hello everyone,

I am having a little problem...

When I import/place a TIF file into Isodraw 7.2 CadProcess or Foundation 64bit the tif is white (blank)...this does not happen on all TIF's and this is what is confusing me.

Any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

1. Could you attach your TIF file?

2. You can try to contact with PTC's technical support by creating a new "Case", here: "Log a New Case".
