Codebeamer implementation of custom mergefields.vm to enable custom word export templates

We would like to request a implementation of custom mergefields.vm to enable custom word export templates. For that reason our consultant already created a customized mergefields.vm file which is fulfilling our wishes. Now we need your support to implement this to our codebeamer instance.

How to proceed to trigger such an implementation?
