One question that is asked quite a bit on the 2D creation is if there was a way to input relative distance vs absolute distance. Currently, the only relative distance in 2D CoPilot is if the rubberband is directed in the direction of offset, and the input value is the length of offset. There is no way of inputting a relative du,dv. I've also received questions on changing the CoPilot pormpt of rectangular coordinate instead of the current polar coordinate.

Relative distances often will be asked for. Not only to set the length of elements, also for define the startpoint e.g. of a rectangle. If a rectangle should be started with distance 15 in one direction and distance 7 in another direction it is necessary to use construction geometry. If you create a line in an angle of 15 degrees often it is necessary to specify the lengt as an x- or y- value. Within the angle line it is only possible to set the length in the angle direction. There are many inputs for copilot with the construction geometry. Example: In Drafting it is simple to create parallel construction lines with the copilot, in the workplane you have to type in the values. It would be very helpful to have the same copilot functions in the workplane as in Drafting.

I agree to the already listed ideas. Important is to input relative distances. In a lot of design situation you must handle several coordinate systems for several areas inside one part and the customer aspect help in this complex situation. He wants to reduce the calculation and needs a better orientation. When I use the parallel construction line to input the value, you have no orientation witch line is witch distance for. The rectangle needs more option for the start point and the situation to create. A standard design situation is to position holes. The option cornerlines is helpful but very often we have not the same value for x and y.
