Tim You can open that AutoCad file and save to a .drw Also you could use the AutoBuildZ that PTC has to make a solid out of the AutoCAD file, but I find that I can model a solid faster than using that module. So either you can directly save the .dwg to a drw, or go a longer route of making a 3D model of the dwg. Eric
