CoCreate/Creo Elements Direct Question

Sorry for the off topic question.

Anyone know if Creo Elements Direct has to be installed on the local system, or can it be installed on a network drive like ProE.

In other words, is it dependent on registry entrys, dlls, and paths installed on the computer to run.
