Creo2_setup crashes during setup

Creo2_setup crashes right after I enter my username and password and it has to make the Application Selection. A fresh download of the application did not solve the problem either!

• if you use Commercial license and have active Global Support (i.e. maintenance), then contact PTC Support via https://support.ptc.com/apps/case_logger_viewer/auth/ssl/log
