Customize ProductView 9.1 Splash Screen?

Has anyone found a way to get at, and modify the ProductView 9.1 Splash Screen (picture attached)?

Hi George: Any reason why you would like to have the splash screen supposed to be customizable?

Ramesh,

Since we are not using ProductView in a Windchill environment, there is concern that users may not understand that the models they are viewing are uncontrolled. We were thinking that some sort of "For Reference Only" splash screen would cover us in this regard.
