Dynamic Random Vibration - What are the proper units?

I am working in in-lbf/sec. What does the base excitation need to be in? (G^2/Hz)? Thanks, Richard

Yes, because that is how you define the amplitude of the Power Spectral Density curve, when you program a shaker to run a Random Vibration test.
