I had a similar problem years ago with an HP plotter, I was using a
printer .pcf file and in that file I listed a similar type printer, and it
worked fine. If your using a .pcf ans list the printer as AR-M237, I
believe Pro have a pointer to a driver for that name. If you type in a
different model number from Sharp, one with similar features it may work
for you.
My case was an HP750 CM plotter and it would only work correctly with the
650 being called in the .pcf.
