I just downloaded the free software and installed it. But I can't get it to run. Any suggestions?

And also, following the first error. I recieved a message saying I don't have a valid license but I haven't even been able to enter one.

This might be related to the issue which is currently being discussed at http://apps.cocreate.com/OneSpaceModelingPE/Secure/Forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=555 . We might be able to find out more about this issue by inspecting the event log on your system. Could you take a look there and tell us whether you find anything related to Xenocode or the OLAPE startup helper program? Thanks! Claus
