I need to creat this image. I know I am probably making it harder then it is. I can get everything but the 80 radius. I'm not sure how to have both the 40 and the 80. I've tried a variety of things and still cannot get it. Thanks

This is easily possible. Know that the left end of the R80 is not tangent to horizontal.
The beauty of paramteric sketching is that it often solves itself... not as in the internal solver, but avoiding over-constraints. Sorry I used 62 in the video, rather than 60, but the reults are similar.
