Solidify :(

Hello Friends,

I am working on creating a flow model for a hydraulic motor & it is the first time I am doing it. I could extract the surfaces from the required flow path but unable to solidify, since the surfaces are coming from 2 different parts & I need to merge them. Could anybody guide me on this. Attached are the reference pictures.

Try to attach the original asm(2 parts).

I think that your part is not connected correctly.

Couple of ways you might do this. Place those parts and a new empty part into an assembly. Merge all the geometry from those two into the empty one. Using that same assembly as a starting point you could also do copy geoms from your parts into the empty one. Do all your/merge & solidify in new part.
