Vessel calculation
I want to calculate stress level in a vessel with Pro/Mechanica. The Vessel fluid is water. How should I model the loads from fluid?

You can define a pressure field by equation. For water, the pressure would be a function of the distance below the water surface (P = rho×G×h). You may need the Advanced licence of Mechanica for this... HTH!
