What kind of computer do I need for Pro Engineer 3 or 2

The thing is that I am making my thesis work and will get a computer from the company, they have now asked what performance requirements there is from the program Pro Engineer 3 or 2 , to match the grafic card. Please anybody , I dont know anything about hardware!
