extruded text off a flat surf, but on a curved trajectory

Many thanks to all that replied. All that replied did so with intent manager functionality and it works fine.

I still struggle with intent manager and turn it off as much as possible, so anyone know how to do the text along curved trajectory in WF2 without intent manager? There's no "along curve" pick that I can see without the intent manager on.

Jeff,

The ability to use a curve to drive text has been around long before WF2. It could be "along curve" or "follow curve", I can't remember the exact wording.
