How to solve this problem occurred at startup

This is an all too common problem for me but only when I wake the PC up from sleep mode.
Has your installation worked or is this a new installation that gives this message?

probably you have to restart lmadmin_ptc service. To do it run services.msc and find lmadmin_ptc.
As Antonious said it is common when computer is woken up.
You can also use simple script to restart service.
