Flexibility for Sub component

Hi,

I want to set flexibility for dimension using toolkit. The assembly structure is similar as shown below.

My requirement is to add flexibility to add RootAssembly. But by default flexibility is added in MasterAssembly.

 

RootAssembly
     MasterAssembly
          Part
            Dimension Id
