Dear all

Actually we are facing issue while upload cad document to locale cache, it say's That already it has been created in another workspace by another user,

But the old user ID and PASSWORD was deleted by admin, How to clear his local cahe?

Important

But creo element pro 5.0 was uninstalled in his WORKSTATION.

And i just deleted the location of user C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\PTC, That folder is deleted then also same error was issuing while i upload cad document.

Is't any other way to solve it.

If any please help me to resolve it.
