Plane names in skeleton assembly. Difference between NE_Right and E_Right

I am working skeleton assembly for small size model.

While converting the manual placements with interface placement, of particular parts i could not get the co-ordinate as the reference.

Instead plane or axis is referred.

I need to make assembly with reference to the SKC_0 CSYS.

as in image the Plane, Axis and CSYS is prefixed as NE, NA and NC instead of E, A, and C.

Can this be changed, so that the skeleton assembly be done.

Thanks.
