ProductView Exits

ProductView Client exits while spinning/panning a model and holding the shift key, thiswill generate the following errors and leave the process pview.exe open in the task manager.
- An unrecoverable error has been encountered in ProductView.
Information about this error can be found in c:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\pviewdbg.log. [OK] - Runtime Error!
Program: C:\program Files\PTC\ProductView\pview.exe
this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
