Brand new user needs tutorials for PTC Creo Element/direct Modeling Express

I downloaded a copy of the free PTC Creo Element/direct Modeling Express and can't find the beginner's tutorials/documents. How does one get started using this?

I take back what I said about this being terrific. I tried to watch these videos and the english is so poor that I can barely understand what is being said. If these were done by someone who speaks english as a first language, they would be helpful. As it is, I can't use them.

I understand. You should also not forget, that all the work is done on a voluntary base. To prepare such videos can take a lot of time.
