Issues with Modbus Driver reading float values in Kepware

I am trying connect my Power Monitor 1000 (Allan Bradley) to Kepware for data collection. I am using the Modbus TCP/IP driver but I am currently having problems reading float values in Kepware. In the datasheet as defined, there are two modbus addresses to represent one float value.

When I try to view the data in OPC client, the data shows that it is unknown and has bad quality data when I try to add both addresses. When I add just one of them, the value just stays 0 like L1,L2,L3 current in the picture below.

The device configuration is:

The data for the integer comes through correctly but with an update count of only 1 for all of them. What could the issue be here for data collection for this power monitor through kepware?

Thanks
