Processor , memory , HDD OIDs changing by themselves in Windows upon reboot

Hello,

I am collecting snmp data trough Keepware snmp suite and converting data to OPC server for my SCADA system. I see that i often loose memory , CPU and HDD reading after  a reboot. I then ca see that OID address has changed. is there a setting or a way to detect this in keepware snmp suite software ?
