Rest Finishing in CREO 3.0

Has anyone had issues with Rest Finishing in CREO 3.0?

I created a Rest Finishing sequence in CREO 2.0 with no problems. After moving up to CREO 3.0 and opening the Manufacturing file, This sequence no longer generates Toolpath and gives me an error saying:

   "Tool path could not be created; Please check the setup.

   Select a coordinate system.

   An Operation must be activated or created to define new steps."

This should be checked by PTC Technical Support

(the only reference to a similar message in our database was with Creo Parametric 2.0 and appeared to be resolved in datecode M060 - so this must be something new)
