Drawing tools for Mathcad have been a request for a number of years. The short answer is you could do it, but not directly. Excel has some limited tools built-in for doing Flow Charts. Then there are third party companies that can create flow charts/diagrams in Excel. You could then import that Excel spreadsheet into Prime. You can also use other Microsoft Programs to develop the drawing and import them using "Insert Object" which is found in the "Input/Output" ribbon. Also if you are using Mathcad 15. There was a program called Smartsketch that could produce drawings and diagrams that integrated with the non-Prime versions of Mathcad.
Yes, it's possible to 'draw a block diagram in mathcad'. If you have a sound mathematical description/formula of the lines (and also any text) needed to compose such a block diagram, you can use it in a plot to get a representation.
But it is much much much easier to draw your block diagram using other software (e.g. paint or a vector-drawing program), and create a (.png) picture that you paste onto your mathcad sheet.
Success!
