I have purchased a new computer because my old computer can not be updated to windows 11. I have Mathcad 14, #15, Mathcad Prime 3.1 on my old computer. We run FLEXnet on our company license server for Mathcad licenses. Currently on version 12. Our Mathcad license file has both permanent and subscription licenses of Mathcad Prime (and 15) in it. When a user runs Mathcad, the server first assigns a license from the permanent pool. If that pool fills up then it assigns a license from the subscription pool. The problem is when a user receives a license from the permanent pool, the license type shown within their Mathcad software says Home Use when it should say something like Commercial. This results in certain calculations being inaccessible and causing errors in their worksheet. But if a user receives a license from the subscription pool, the license type is shown as Subscription which should be fine.I would like to know why our Mathcad license server is serving us Home Use licenses instead of the commercial licenses we paid for, and how do we fix this?
Need PTC to provide Mathcad 14 license to activate Mathcad on Win 11 system
Have just paid for a licence to upgrade from MathCad Prime Express 12.0.0.0 to the full Prime version, hopefully 12.0.0.1. Following "Options|Get Licence" I have encountered a prompt asking for my product code. Where can I find this? Do I need to log in to the Fullfillment portal? Does it use the same general ptc account? It didn't recognise mine. When looking for help I am told I don't have access permission and haven't paid for that level of support. Elsewhere it says I have "Gold" level support. I an angry that you have now pointed me to a public forum where I can't post useful identification data. What a horrible mess. Can anyone help me get into contact with someone at PTC?
I can not contact a support department "access denied" to get a new licence file to install my Mathcad 15 on a new computer. Could you help me. I am desperate ! J.P. Collette jpcollette@walopt.com
Hello Could you please assist us activating MathCad 14 license. If not possible, I also have a license file from a PC that need to be moved to another computer. Best regards,

About Mathcad 14. I have just installed it to a new PC with Windows X11. When I try to run it, it asks me to run the license assistant. I do it, I get a web page asking to create a new account (although I already have one), so I create a new account, then nothing. Thanks for helping me. Regards, Michel Bonnardeau
Hello! I have been trying to get the free version of Mathcad, but I run into a problem. I had the free 30-day trial on my previous laptop, and now Im looking for the free, express version. I downloaded from the Download .NET 8.0 page the .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.28 and restarted my laptop, but when I press Download again, it takes me to the same page with .NET again.
Hello! I ha previously downloaded the mathcad trial, then used the free, limited version. I have since then changed my laptop and am trying to download it again on my new one. I filled out the form for the trial/free version, but I have not received any email back (this was a few days ago). I also tried to download the program from the "download" shortcut, but after I restart my laptop and press download again, it keeps taking me back to the same page with the downloading links. I tried .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.28 and .NET Runtime 8.0.28, both the x64.
I was having trouble to activate license, so I ask for that and instead of issuing license for my free trial PTC site offer me free Re-download 30 days trial which I accepted. The real problem is that I have never received e-mail to download that. I check my junk mail also and it's not there either. Please look it up to this and send me an e-mail with re-download link as I also try to re-download using old email for no use.
I re-downloaded Mathcad prime 12 to have it working properly but for some reason its not installing UI and because of that my its not working right

I have purchased a key for Mathcad for an employee at my company. I purchased it with my computer. I am trying to get it set up on his and cannot find a product key anywhere on my end. There are dozens of codes and numbers but none that are titled "product key." Additionally, all support videos seem to be for older iterations of the website and do not help. Similar problem with the knowledgebase articles. Any help on setting my coworker up with Mathcad 12.0.0.0 Prime would be much appreciated. I can provide proof of purchase if need be.
I am a student and ordered Mathcad Prime 12 Student Edition. I verified that my credit union account was charged. I followed all of the linked steps in the email I received and got an error message: Access denied - Insufficient Privileges Our records indicate that your company does not have a current PTC Global Support agreement I have phoned and emailed Cleverbridge and have not had any luck in getting them to fix this issue. They incorrectly believe I have a billing problem which I do not! I am unable to speak to anyone at PTC about this because of the logic of your automated phone answering service.
Hello, I was charged for the automatic renewal of my subscription, which I don't want. Is it possible to request a refund? My order number is 538773813. I have already canceled my subscription, and I regret that I cannot provide the activation key for my license because it was not included in my payment confirmation email.
When trying to obtain the trial version of Mathcad prime the page says that my UK phone number is invalid and will not allow me to proceed. The country is set to UK.
