Can sign in through PTC MathCad Application on Laptop

I am using Mathcad Release N/A and DatecodeN/A

Hi Team,
One of the user is not able to login to MathCAD App on their laptop but can login to it on Web portal.
Could you please help on this one?

Here are the errors that I faced
Error -
The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.
