Cannot start the setup

I cannot start the setup. It shows me an error "unknown software exceprion (0cx0000025). adress 0x00007FFC9CB94F99" What should I do to solve it?

Start with more information so someone else can understand your issue.

What version of software are you trying to install?

What OS is your computer running?

Are you installing the software as the Administrator on that computer?
