Download an activate MathCad 15.0 using the MathCad Prime 10.0.0 license?

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and Datecodeunknown

We have several licenses for MathCad Prime 10.0.0, and were told that these should apply to the old MathCad 15 version as well. Is this correct? If so, how can we download and activate MathCad 15.0?

These no longer apply to Mathcad 15 for years now. Your Mathcad Prime licences only entitle you to Mathcad Prime 7 through 10+.
