Error 403 when running license setup

Hello!
I have installed mathcad 15 on my computer, and am running the license setup. I choose " I want to aquire a license via the internet" and then " Educational-Student" along with the product key i recieved from my university. After logging in in the next step however, when the setup tries connecting to the PTC licensing server, i get a popup with error 403: Forbidden. Please help me resolve this issue, i am certain i have logged in with the correct credentials of my newly created PTC account.

Hello @JA_12880670 ,

Starting with December 31, 2021, PTC no longer sells licenses, nor does offer support, for Mathcad 15 and its predecessors, as well as Mathcad Prime 1.0 – Prime 6.0 .
