MathCAD does not open

i downloaded the free version of MathCAD. I wanted to open it and it says "extracting" but doesnt open.

At what part did it give that message; Installation, running?

I installed the Installationprogram. When i want to open it it says "extracting" as in the picture. After that nothing happens. I have Windows 10 and downloaded the newest version from the official PTC website.
