Mathcad prime 6

Hello after using it for several months I tried opening the software the initial screen comes up but then it does nothing, I already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it any help would be appreciated.

You may be facing a Prime configuration problem.

There is a configuration file located at:

"C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\MathcadPrime.exe.Config"

You can safely delete that file. (If you're not sure, rename it). Prime will recreate it when it needs it.

Hello, I deleted the file and tried running the program again but it keeps doing the same thing.
