Old file format? .sfp

Hello! I am trying to figure out if a .sfp file is an old format that Mathcad used to use? I need to open an old file but cannot figure out how to do it. Help please and thank you!

Not to my recollection.

This comes up in search on the internet: https://fileinfo.com/extension/sfp

Can you attach such a .sfp file? (Probably need to zip it first, because this forum is picky...)
