Program won't open.

I am using Mathcad Prime 5.0 5.0.0.0

The Program won't open for one of my users. They have tried running it as admin with no success. Nothing happens the user selects run and nothing happens no errors no warnings nothing.

Here are the errors that I faced

Try the following:

1. Create a backup (or just archive) of the config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
2. Delete the current config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
3. Run Mathcad Prime again.
